Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

These Terms form a binding agreement between you and MindBridge Technologies LLC. By creating an account, accessing MindBridge Lite, or clicking Start my free trial, you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

2. Service

MindBridge Lite is practice software for solo behavioral health clinicians. It includes clinical notes, client records, forms, telehealth, patient portal workflows, billing support, outcome measures, and SAGE AI decision-support features.

3. Eligibility and Account Responsibilities

You must be legally able to use the service and, when using clinical workflows, hold or work under the professional licenses required in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for account security and authorized use.

4. HIPAA and Customer Data

You retain rights to your customer data. MindBridge acts as a HIPAA Business Associate when handling protected health information on behalf of a covered entity. The Business Associate Agreement governs PHI handling where applicable.

5. Google Integrations

If you connect Google Calendar or Gmail send access, MindBridge uses that access only to provide the connected scheduling or outbound-message feature you enable. You may disconnect the integration from MindBridge settings or revoke access in your Google Account.

6. SAGE AI

SAGE features are clinical decision support, not medical advice and not a replacement for clinician judgment. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all AI-assisted output before use.

7. Fees, Trials, and Cancellation

MindBridge Lite may offer monthly, annual, promotional, or trial plans. Payment processing is handled through Stripe. You may cancel according to the billing terms shown during signup or in Settings.

8. Acceptable Use

• Do not access data you are not authorized to view.
• Do not submit data or use the service in violation of law or professional obligations.
• Do not reverse engineer, disrupt, abuse, or resell the service except as expressly permitted in writing.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation

The service is provided as is and as available except where a written agreement states otherwise. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MindBridge disclaims implied warranties and limits liability as described in the full in-app terms and applicable order documents.
