Why MindBridge requests Google access

When a clinician chooses to connect Google, MindBridge uses Google Calendar to help prevent double-booking and keep appointments synchronized. MindBridge may also use Gmail send access so clinician-approved reminders or client communications can be sent from the clinician's own account. MindBridge does not sell Google user data and does not use Google user data to train AI models.

Calendar Read, create, update, or remove clinician calendar events only as needed for scheduling workflows.
Gmail send Send clinician-approved outbound messages such as reminders, forms, and superbills.
Security OAuth tokens are handled server-side, tenant-scoped, encrypted, and revocable.
